GOOD LESSON PLAN BETTER LEARNING
It doesn't matter how many sources or aids the teacher have in her class unless her lesson 0plan is well prepared. New technologies can only be helpful if they are integrated with other course materials. Good lesson plans provide information about everything that is related to the course so it is very likely that the teacher successes.

I agree with you if the lesson plan prepare well teacher can be more organized in the lesson so new technologies can only be helpful as you said...there is only one drawback while preparing a lesson plan that it takes too much time and teachers can't get away from the lessons if they are a teacher...:)))
Integrating technology into the lesson in a meaningful way is a very important consideration, I agree. We don't want to use technology just because we can.
