Although money is a very important factor in determining what kind of technology schools get, it's also a matter of being able to use what you have. I'm observing a teacher that says that she doesn't receive enough money to do anything but worksheets with the class, but she's go a computer that she can hook up to the projector in her room. A lot of this has to do with how much we as teachers are able to use technology.
