Like the computer softwares, teachers should be updated about the new softwares and aids that can be useful in the classroom. Learning how to apply specific technology is never enough so teacher always search for the better so the best instruction could be given.

Technology changes so rapidly that teachers need to be able to generalize what they are learning, I think, rather than to learn one specific program. I agree with you that continued professional development is important.
Agreed. That is so important. There are resources out there that teachers don't know about.
